The Lingerie Football League is hanging up its garters for the 2012 season. The seven-on-seven female league was created in 2009. Eleven teams played in the 2011 season, which culminated in a third straight championship for the Los Angeles Temptation. But, there we go, acting like the league is about football and not bras and panties and unattached garter clips.
